FBLA is a co-curricular organization. It is part of the standards for all of our business education courses. Any of the business teachers at DCHS can provide you with information about the Future Business Leaders of America.

FBLA is an important partner in the success of school-to-work programs, business education curriculums, and student leadership development. FBLA is recognized by the U.S. Departments of Education and Labor as an integral part of a co-curricular approach to business and leadership education. (georgiafbla.org, 2016)

FBLA meets once a month on the first Tuesday of the month (unless a holiday) from 4:00 – 5:00 pm in room 327. Guest speakers from the local business community come to share insights with the members on various topics including networking, starting your own business, professional dress, etc. Other meetings will consist of leadership training activities.
